Christmas Concert

One of the highlights of the 67th season of the Charles University Choir is going to be (as usual) the Christmas concert. Christmas Czech medieval songs (from Renaissance and Baroque) in the first half of the concert will be followed by an a capella Renaissance and Romanticism pieces. The linchpin of the second half of the evening will be the double chorus Mass E flat Major „Cantus Missae“ by Josef Gabriel Rheinberger, commemorating 175th anniversary of his birth.
